Third Open Call for Inter-City Networking Grants
Applications for the second open call period of the Inter-City Networking Grants started on Wednesday, 7 June 2023 August 2023.
Focusing on the development of dialogue and cooperation between different actors beyond the main cultural centres, the grant programme encourages decentralised interaction and networking across Turkey. Applications for the Inter-City Networking Grants, which aims to implement projects between cities and to include cultural operators from different cities, will close on Friday, 21 July 2023, at 18.00.
Only associations, foundations, non-governmental organizations with cooperative status (legal entities) can apply to the programme. Candidates who will apply for the Inter-City Networking Grants are required to have at least five years of activity history. The activities envisaged to be carried out within the scope of the applied project must cover more than one city and the participants must be from other cities for applications made from Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
Applications can be made to the Inter-City Networking Grants with exchange programme organisation, guest artist programme, conference series, intercity training programme, inter-institutional network development programme and exhibition projects.
CultureCIVIC
CultureCIVIC, a European Union project realised in partnership with Goethe-Institut Istanbul, Anadolu Kültür, Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV), Institut français Turkey and Danish Culture Institute Turkey office, in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy in Turkey aims to contribute to the development of dialogue, cooperation and communication in the fields of civil society and culture & arts. Supporting rights-based activities while evaluating the applicant projects; priority is given to activities focusing on gender equality, LGBTI+ rights, social cohesion, human rights, freedom of expression and children's rights bringing together actors from different ethnic, religious and linguistic backgrounds.
