Amed Underground

January - July 2023
DİYARBAKIR

Amed Underground is a professional DJ training project for priority groups of LGBTI+ and female participants living in Diyarbakır as well as in nearby cities in case of any applications. Within the scope of the project, professional DJ training consisting of theoretical and practical information will be provided for a total of 6 people in 3 separate training groups of 2 people each, for 4 hours a week for each group, for a total of 8 weeks (32 hours).

The trainings will be held between January - July 2023 in a exclusively rented space for such training, with professional equipment and materials made available. The training will end with 3 events which will be organized to enable the trainees to perform as DJs, and a DJ set reserved for each trainee for a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours will be uploaded to the project’s Soundcloud account.
