Amidart Culture and Art Society collaborates in various disciplines with groups, troupes and collectives whose fields of work mostly comprise of stage and performance arts, realizing various projects and creations. Technical equipment (sound system, etc.) required to be purchased within the scope of this project will allow Amidart to organize more events, and it will be able to offer the same opportunities to Diyarbakır and neighboring cities. The field of culture and art will thereby gain strength on a regional scale.

Thanks to such structural support, it will respond to the needs of independent artists as well as institutional structures and various sexual, ethnic and linguistic formations operating in the field of culture and art, being available to a wide range of startups in need. The project thereby aims to strengthen the cultural and artistic landscape in Diyarbakır and neighboring cities, where this support benefits a broad audience.

Amidart Culture and Art Society

Amidart Culture and Art Group is a structure which has taken multiculturalism-linguism and partnerships as reference since 2018, which cares about national and international collaborations and carries out most of its activities accordingly, which is established by volunteers and is “placeless but everywhere.” Being based in Diyarbakır but also carrying out activities in neighboring provinces, Amidart Culture and Art Group’s areas of activity include music, literature, cinema, contemporary art, verbal culture, cultural heritage and children's studies, and the group continues to exist as a culture and art compound which organizes events and workshops and carries out projects in aforesaid areas.
